Terms of Service

1. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account information, account security, and activity under your account. Do not use AURUM unlawfully, to harm others, to infringe rights, to disrupt the service, or to bypass access or security controls.

2. Content and AI-assisted output

You retain responsibility for content you submit and authorize us to process it to operate the requested features. AI-assisted output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You must review output and confirm rights, facts, disclosures, and legal compliance before publishing or relying on it.

3. Connected services

Social channels, payment pages, email delivery, and AI-backed features can depend on third-party services. You are responsible for having authority to connect an account and for following the provider’s terms. Availability can change when a provider or configuration changes.

4. Marketing email and outreach

You are the sender of record for any campaign you send through AURUM and are responsible for complying with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/ePrivacy, and any other law applicable to your recipients. You must have a documented lawful basis or consent for every address on a list you upload or import, keep records of how and when that consent was obtained, honor unsubscribe requests promptly, and maintain suppression of anyone who has opted out, bounced, or complained.

• No purchased, scraped, rented, or harvested recipient lists
• No deceptive sender names, subject lines, or header information
• No spam, undisclosed sponsored content, or unsubstantiated regulated claims
• A working unsubscribe mechanism and a valid physical postal address in every commercial message

5. Plans and billing

AURUM currently defines Free at $0, Starter at $29 per month, Pro at $79 per month, and Agency at $199 per month in USD. Paid purchase is available only when the corresponding Stripe price is configured. The current catalog does not offer annual billing. Stripe processes paid billing.

6. Service availability and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, specific publishing results, model accuracy, or business performance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Changes and contact

We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be presented through a reasonable service notice when required. Continued use after an effective update means the updated terms apply, subject to applicable law.
